To respect the time of our other clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule to another day if it no longer fits in our schedule that day.
We are curbside so when you arrive to our salon for pick up and drop off, please call us at 847-312-7387 and we will come out to you!
*Also, for the comfort of your pup and to ensure enough room for others, please pick up within 30 minutes of groom finish time!*

De-matting can be a painful process and we want your pup to be comfortable! If your pup has too many knots/mats, we will contact you before going further with the groom to discuss a more comfortable haircut option.
(De-matting charges will apply)
We understand emergencies may arise, but due to an increased number of last minute cancelations and "no call-no shows", we have implemented fees for such occurrences. We are booked out far and we cannot always refill an appointment spot last minute.
Last minute cancelation is any cancelation made within 24 hours of your appointment time. **
If your appointment falls on a Monday and you cancel over the weekend on Saturday or Sunday, this will also count as a last minute cancelation as we are closed on the weekends and won't be able to see your messages until Monday morning.
So please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot make it to your appointment!
